VENUE SEATING INFORMATION
The Thomas & Mack Center holds approximately 17,000 fans for the NFR each day. There is a lower "Plaza" level with rows A-V (20 rows); and above that is the "Balcony" level with rows A-U (19 rows). Additionally, there are four rows of "Gold Buckle" seating down in front of sections 104-110 and 113-116 of the "Plaza" level.

OUR POLICIES
Terms and Conditions

Once we receive payment from the customer, there are absolutely NO refunds or exchanges for any reason, unless event is cancelled (see below). We are not responsible for any other costs you may incur to see a cancelled show, including food, travel, lodging, etc..

Tickets for postponed and/or rescheduled events will be valid for the new date, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

In some cases for orders over $900, we may require an authorized signature to process your order, via a credit card authorization form that we will provide. We will contact you if we need this.

We reserve the right to upgrade any order at no additional charge to the customer. Any upgrade would only be for clearly better seating.

All ticket prices are in U.S. dollars.

Ticket price is guaranteed at the time your order is confirmed, via phone, email, or fax from us.

A confirmation receipt will be issued upon full payment.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. We cannot re-print lost or stolen tickets, as we are not affiliated with any venue or box office. Tickets are like cash, take care of them!

If a show is cancelled and not rescheduled, client receives a full refund of the purchase price. This includes the ticket face value, AND the service and handling fee (amount over face value.) Client must return the tickets to Desert Tickets within 5 days of the cancelled event in person, or via certified mail. Desert Tickets does not pay for the shipping costs to return the tickets to us.

Desert Tickets is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages including transportation and hotel related to travel to a cancelled event. Customers accept all customary risks associated with Live entertainment.
Delivery

We will deliver your tickets to you as soon as possible; delivery may be delayed due to ticket availability from our sources.

Unless otherwise noted, delivery is guaranteed no later than the day before the event.

We charge a small delivery fee to cover our shipping or courier costs.

If not hand delivered, all tickets are shipped via FedEx.
